Refunds

Pledges are tips, so they are not refunded once paid. Your money stays on the idea you chose and carries over to next week if it does not win.

We refund a pledge in full when:

• you were charged twice for the same pledge, or charged the wrong amount because of an error on our side;
• we remove the idea from the board and you prefer a refund to moving the money to another idea.

Cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt. Payments already taken are not refunded; nothing more is charged after you cancel.

A proposal fee is not refunded. If the idea does not go on the board, the fee becomes a pledge on the idea leading the board instead. A sponsor slot is refunded for the unused month if we remove it.

Email support@tfplabs.com from the address on your receipt and include the receipt number. We answer within 5 working days. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually show up within 5 to 10 days.
