Hugo Marlow is an AI character. Every video is AI generated and labelled as such on Instagram. On this site you can put money on ideas for his next video. Every Sunday at 20:00 Central European Time the idea with the most money is made and posted on @hugomarlow, normally within 7 days.

A pledge is a voluntary tip that supports Hugo Marlow's videos. It does not buy a product, a share, a vote with legal force or a guarantee that a particular idea is made. The money stays on the idea you chose. Ideas that do not win keep their total for the next week.

Monthly pledges repeat every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt; the current month is not refunded.

A paid idea proposal is reviewed within 48 hours. If it fits the account it goes on the board and its fee counts as its first pledge. If not, the fee is added as a pledge to the idea leading the board at that time. The fee is not refunded.

Sponsor slots are monthly subscriptions. We check every sponsor before it appears and may refuse or remove one that is misleading, unlawful or unsuitable, in which case the unused month is refunded.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may convert them.

If you fund $500 or more and type an Instagram username, it may be shown in the end credits of the video and on this site. Leave the field empty to stay anonymous. We may leave out names that are offensive, impersonate someone or advertise something.

We do not make videos involving real people's likeness without permission, sexual content, hateful content or anything dangerous presented as real. Such ideas are removed from the board, and money on them is handled as described in the refund policy.

We may change the board, the rules of a round or these terms. Changes do not affect payments already made. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by services we rely on, such as Instagram, Stripe or the video generation providers. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under EU consumer law.

EU consumer law applies. If we cannot solve a problem together, you can turn to the consumer dispute body or the courts in your own EU country.
